Tournament Schedule
The venue opens at 07:30 on both days and qualification starts at 09:00. Every archer must clear the Judges' equipment inspection between 08:00 and 08:30 before shooting.
Day 1 is Under 11, Compound and Recurve. Day 2 is Under 17 Indian Round and Senior, followed by the team and mixed team matches. Timings can shift with the number of entries — announcements at the ground are final. Scoring is on Ianseo, with the results link posted on the live scoring page.

What to bring
- Your own bow, arrows and shooting accessories
- Original date-of-birth proof (Aadhaar, birth certificate or school certificate)
- Photo ID for senior archers
- Your registration number from the online form
- Academy or club kit, and water for the day
Reporting rules
- The venue and practice field open at 07:30 on both days
- Equipment inspection runs 08:00 – 08:30 — no archer shoots without clearing it
- Qualification starts at 09:00; archers absent at roll call may be scratched
- Age verification happens before shooting, not after
- Coaches should report together with their ground's archers
- The organiser's decision on all match matters is final
