How do I enter the tournament?
Fill the online entry form on the registration page before 3 September 2026. The entry fee is paid by UPI as part of that form, so keep your phone beside you. You will get a registration number as soon as you submit — show it at the reporting desk on the morning of your event.
When and where do I pay the entry fee?
Before you submit the form, not on the day. The registration page shows a QR code and a Pay button for the exact amount — pay to amitredhu033@oksbi (Amit Redhu) with any UPI app, then type the reference number your app gives you into the last field. The form will not submit without it. Fees are ₹500 for U-11, ₹700 for U-17 and Senior / Open, ₹900 for the Open (Recurve 70 m, Compound 50 m), and ₹500 per player on top for team events.
What is the UPI reference number, and where do I find it?
It is the transaction or UTR number your UPI app shows once a payment goes through — usually 12 digits, listed in your payment history against the transaction. It is what lets us match your money to your entry, so copy it exactly. If you cannot find it, call or WhatsApp 9991730658 before the closing date and we will sort it out.
Can one archer enter more than one category?
Yes, as long as the archer is eligible for each one. Submit the registration form once for every category you are entering, and make a separate UPI payment for each — every entry needs its own reference number.
What age proof is needed?
U-11 archers must be born on or after 01-06-2015 and U-17 archers on or after 01-01-2010. Carry an original Aadhaar, birth certificate or school certificate. Senior and Open categories have no age limit.
Will the Team and Mix Team events definitely be held?
They are played only if 16 or more teams or mix teams enter that event. If fewer teams enter, those matches will not run.
How do I follow the results if I cannot travel?
Ianseo will be used as the official live scoring system, with results updated in real time. The link for the results will be posted on the live scoring page.
Who wins the Overall Trophy?
The Overall Trophy — a 3 ft tall trophy plus ₹3,100 — is awarded to the coach of the ground or team finishing with the highest number of medals across all categories.
Do coaches need to register?
Not separately — enter your coach's name on the archer's registration form. A special kit is provided to every accompanying coach, and their ground's medals count towards the Overall Trophy.
