Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Baba Mungipa Archery Academy, Tosham does with the details you give when you enter the 1st Open National Archery Tournament. It covers this website and this tournament only.

Last updated 16 August 2026.

Who holds your data

Baba Mungipa Archery Academy, Tosham, Tosham, Bhiwani, Haryana, is responsible for the entry details collected through this site. For anything about your data — a correction, a copy, or deletion — contact us:

What we collect and why

We ask only for what is needed to run the tournament. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

Detail Why we need it Published?
Archer name To identify the archer on the entry list, target list and results. Published with results
Date of birth To confirm the archer qualifies for the age class they entered (U-11, U-17 or Senior). Never published
Gender To place the archer in the correct category, as the tournament format requires. Published with results
Phone number To reach you about your entry, a schedule change, or a problem on the day. Never published
Email address Optional. Used only to send entry and payment confirmation. Never published
City and state To group archers by place on the entry list, as national tournaments do. Published with results
Academy and coach name Optional. To credit the academy on the entry list and results. Published with results
UPI reference number To match your payment against your entry. We see only the reference you type in. Never published

We do not collect your UPI PIN, bank details or card details, and we never see them. Payment happens inside your own UPI app; all that reaches us is the reference number you type into the entry form.

Archers under 18

The U-11 and U-17 classes are for children. An entry in those classes must be made and confirmed by a parent or legal guardian, who ticks the consent box on the entry form.

For children we publish only what a tournament result needs: name, age class, category, city and score. Date of birth and contact details are never published. We do not use children's details for advertising, and we do not track them across other websites.

A parent or guardian can ask us to correct or delete their child's details at any time by emailing info@atsbow.com.

Results, photographs and video

Results. Scores are published live during the tournament and remain available afterwards. A published result shows the archer's name, category, city, academy and score. This is how archery tournaments work, and entering means accepting it.

Photographs and video. We photograph and film the tournament, and use the images on this website, on our social media pages and in reports about the event. If you do not want an archer's photograph used, tell us in writing at info@atsbow.com and we will not publish images of them, and will remove any already published.

Who else sees your data

  • Ianseo — the scoring software used to run the tournament and publish results. Entry lists are imported into it.
  • Our web host — stores the site and the entry database on our behalf.
  • Tournament officials — judges and the reporting desk, who need the entry list to run the event.

That is the full list. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or pass them to anyone else without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Entry details are deleted by 6 December 2026, three months after the tournament. That window is there to settle results queries and payment questions, and nothing more.

Published results stay online as a permanent record of the tournament, as they do for any archery competition.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what details we hold about you;
  • correct anything wrong or out of date;
  • delete your details, once they are no longer needed to run the tournament;
  • withdraw consent you have given — though an entry cannot be processed without it.

Email info@atsbow.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and security

This site sets one cookie, and only when you use a form. It keeps your session together while you fill the entry in and protects the form against misuse. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking on this site.

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type reaches us encrypted. Entry data is held in a database that is not reachable from the web, and the organiser panel is password protected. No system is perfect, but we do not keep anything we do not need.
