9 events across 5 & 6 September 2026. Every figure below is taken from the official tournament chart. Prize money across the individual categories totals ₹1,21,600, with a further ₹30,600 in the Team and Mix Team events if they run — ₹1,55,300 in all, including the Overall Trophy.

Overall Trophy

3 ft Trophy + ₹3,100

Goes to the coach of the ground or team that finishes with the highest number of medals across all categories. Official results will be on Ianseo — the link will be posted on the live scoring page.

Team & Mix Team condition

Team or Mix Team matches will be played only if 16 or more teams or mix teams are entered in that event. Entry fee is ₹500 per player. If the minimum is not reached, those matches will not be run and fees are returned at the ground.

Coaches

A special kit is provided to every coach accompanying a ground or team. Enter the coach's name and phone number on the registration form so their kit is set aside, and so their medals count towards the Overall Trophy.

Age proof

U-11 archers must be born on or after 01-06-2015 and U-17 archers on or after 01-01-2010. Carry an original date-of-birth proof (Aadhaar, birth certificate or school certificate) to the reporting desk. Senior / Open and the 70 m Open event have no age limit.

Entry fees

Fees range from ₹500 to ₹900 depending on the category, and are paid at the reporting desk on the morning of your event. Register online before 3 September 2026 — an archer may enter more than one eligible category by submitting the form once per category.
